The Course Registration & Payment conditions at Studio K-Art

By registering for a group course at Studio K-Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment - Full payment for the course must be made before the class starts—pay at the point of registration with a bank transfer. Places cannot be reserved without payment.

2. Cancellation: It is impossible to cancel your course once it has started, even if you do not attend the lessons. Cancellation for other commitments, even if these were not known at the time of registration, is not possible. A reconsideration period allows you to cancel 14 days after registering without incurring fees. If you cancel your course after this period and before your course starts, an administration fee of 50 euros will be deducted from your course fee.

3. It is impossible to transfer a course's registration to the next semester, private lessons, or another student.

4. All administrative questions should be directed to the website in writing (either by letter or email) and not to the teachers.

5. Studio K-Art reserves the right to cancel courses should there not be enough participants. We will do our best to provide a suitable alternative in a group where places are available. If there is no suitable alternative, Studio K-Art  will refund the course fee in full.

6. Studio K-Art reserves the right to take photos of students taking part in courses online classes for promotional purposes. If not in agreement, students should tell the teacher beforehand.

7. You will not be able to catch up on the missed class. There is also no reimbursement possible for missed classes.

8. Confidentiality: All client information provided to Studio K-Art is confidential and will not be provided to third parties.
